Q1: Do you ship worldwide?

We currently only ship to Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Australia and the United Kingdom. However, we are definitely planning to ship to more countries in the future.

Q2: When will my order arrive?

Malaysia & Singapore: 7-14 Business Days Brunei, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Australia and the United Kingdom: 10-21 Business Days

Q3: I haven’t received any order confirmation or shipping information. What should I do?

A: If you have not received your order confirmation email within 24 hours of making your purchase, please drop us an email at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.

Q4. Has my order been shipped yet?

A: You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

Q5. How do I track my package?

A: You will receive a tracking number when your order has been dispatched. If you have not received this within 7 working days of making your purchase, please drop us an email with your order number at [email protected].

Q6. I am placing an international order. Does the shipping include customs, duties and/or taxes?

A: Unfortunately, customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We ship all international orders delivery duties unpaid, which means any fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient. These fees are beyond our control, and we apologise for not being able to cover them for you!

Q7. What do I do if my item is damaged during delivery?

A: We do our best to ship your order in a safe and secure way, but if your order is for any reason damaged during its delivery, please let us know straight away so we can help you resolve this issue.

We offer to send out replacements for damaged items. However, if you wish to have a full refund instead, we kindly ask you to send us a return request within 7 days upon receiving.

Please send us photos of both the package and the damaged product as proof together with any other relevant information in the return request email at [email protected].


Q8. What is your return, claims & exchange policy?

A: You are eligible for a full refund or exchange if items received are incorrect, damaged or defective:
-The item received is not what you ordered, e.g.: the model or colour is different from what is indicated on the order summary.
-There are missing items.
-The item is found to be damaged upon receiving.

If you meet the above requirements, please send your return/exchange request to [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item. Our team will review your request and send a Return/Exchange Form to you. The item must be shipped within 7 calendar days upon receiving the Return/Exchange Permit. Please provide proof of the receive date and return shipping date. (e.g.: postal or courier receipt)

Items must be returned in original condition and in the original, undamaged packing or similar protective tube/box. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not fulfil these criteria.


Q9. What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept payments from Online Banking Transfers, Visa or Mastercard credit and debit cards

Q10. Can I choose what currency to pay in?

A: All orders are paid in MYR only. However, we do provide an option to view an estimated amount in USD to cater for international shopping experience.
